Stride Equine Vets Prize Draw Nov-Dec 2024
Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted by responding to the November 2024 Stride Vets Survey or by email to admin@stride-vets.co.uk, and only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is 07:00 on 25/11/2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 07:00 on 14/12/2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. A winner will be chosen by a random draw supervised by an independent person on 17/12/2024 (“Draw Date”).
6. The winner will receive a voucher for goods or services from Stride Equine Vets to the value of £50. It is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 20/12/2024 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. The winner will be notified by email, and the voucher credit will be added to their account within 3 days of responding, as detailed in condition 7 above.
9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails admin@stride-vets.co.uk or writes to Stride Equine Vets, The Old Kiln Farm, Farnham Road, Holt Pound, Farnham GU10 4JZ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at admin@stride-vets.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award
    the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy – see stride-vets.co.uk/privacy. See also condition 10
    with regard to the announcement of winners.
14. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do so within the courts in the United Kingdom.
